Black pepper is a classic, versatile spice that is used wherever a tangy taste with a spicy aroma is needed. It pairs well with most other spices.
Black pepper is an ingredient in most spice mixes and seasonings. It is used in the preparation of many meat, fish and poultry dishes. Spicy cold appetizers. It is put in all soups, with the exception of dairy, sweet and fruit. Sausages, pates, minced meats, smoked meats, pie fillings are made with black pepper.
